Did you know …you can now see a GP at the weekend?
We are very pleased to be offering weekend appointments to our patients. These appointments are available at a local health centre and can be booked through our receptionists.  We are encouraging people to use this service which provides additional appointments to fit in with your busy lifestyles.  Patients can see a GP, healthcare assistant or nurse over the weekend for routine GP appointments, health checks and treatments. People with long term health conditions such as asthma and diabetes can also access these appointments. To find out more about the service please go to or ask our receptionists.

Our Friends & Family survey continues to show encouraging results. We are consistently achieving over 90% of patients who say they would recommend this practice to family and friends.  Thank you to everyone who has completed the questionnaire.  If you would like to respond to the questionnaire please click on the Friend & Family Test link below.  All feedback is gratefully received.

Your named GP lead for the practice is Dr M Bayraktar.  You can however continue to be seen by the clinical team member most suited to deal with your condition.

Welcome to The Practice Osler House

With patients' needs at the heart of everything we do, our website has been designed to make it easy for you to gain instant access to the information you need. As well as specific practice details such as opening hours and how to register, you’ll find a wealth of useful pages covering a wide range of health issues along with links to other relevant medical organisations.

New surgery opening hours will begin from Monday 3rd July. The surgery will be open until 6.45pm every Monday to offer more extended hour appointments to all patients with the Nurse/Nurse Practitioner.

Take the Friends & Family Test

The NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT) was introduced in 2014 to help service providers and commissioners understand whether their patients are happy with the service provided, or where improvements are needed. It is a quick and anonymous way to give your views after receiving care or treatment across the NHS.

Help us to improve our service, learn more about the test and give us your feedback.

Get Well, Keep Well

Of course we’re not just here for when you are unwell. Our team of healthcare professionals and back-up staff offer a number of clinics and services to promote good health and wellbeing whatever your medical condition.
